What is reseller hosting?

Reseller hosting allows you to provide hosting services to your own customers. Reseller hosting plans allow you to provide hosting as if you were the web host yourself. You will be able to sell your own hosting packages to your customers and host them on our WHM+ reseller platform, by creating a personalized cPanel account for them.

What is the difference between cPanel and WHM+?

cPanel and WHM are two tools that help users manage and control their web hosting plan. cPanel is a management panel that allows end users to manage their hosting service. Via cPanel, a user can manage the creation of a website, the creation and management of emails, the management of FTP accounts, the management of addon domains and subdomains, the upload and management of files, etc. Unlike cPanel, which is aimed at end users, WHM+ is the reseller panel. With WHM you can create cPanel hosting accounts. You can therefore modify, suspend or terminate a cPanel account, as well as change its resources.

How does usage billing works?

Usage billing is an innovative method for charging your plan that allows you to pay only for what you use. Therefore, you don't need to upgrade to a higher package with extra resources you don't need. Your reseller hosting account includes the possibility to create 10 cPanel accounts and a total storage of 100GB (to be shared between all your customers). Beyond this quota, you will be billed at the end of the month for the additional resources you use. For example, if you have 18 cPanel accounts and use a total of 140GB, you will be charged the price of the basic plan, plus the price of 8 cPanel accounts and 40GB of storage.

Can I customize my own hosting packages?

Yes, you can create custom hosting plans, i.e. plans for which you specify the resources. Therefore, you can modify disk space, bandwidth, number of email accounts, MySQL databases, additional domains... You can then assign your clients and their cPanel accounts to the different packages created.

Does the name Obambu appear to my customers?

No, our solution is completely white labeled, which means that our name never appears. You can display your own name in your customers' cPanel and create custom nameservers with your own domain name.

What are the conditions for a refund if I am not satisfied?

In the event you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order, without any conditions.
