    The data controller is Obambu SARL, with its registered office at 10 rue de Penthièvre 75008 Paris - France (hereinafter "Obambu").

  2. DATA PROCESSED

    In general, you can visit the Obambu.com website without disclosing any personal information about you.

    However, during your registration and/or subscription, or when you contact us, Obambu will ask you certain personal information to ensure our service. Thus, Obambu may collect your first name, last name, email address, IP address, telephone number and postal address for the purpose of (1) providing you the services you have subscribed to (2) to communicate with you, in particular to answer your requests (3) improve our site, our products and services, in particular by establishing statistics and (4) ensure the security of our service, including towards third parties.

    The processing of the personal information for the above purposes is necessary for the execution of your contract with Obambu and essential for the proper functioning of our service.

    You can exercise the above rights by contacting us at the address given in point I. In order to process your request, we may need to confirm your identity. In addition, certain legislative or regulatory requirements may prevent us from complying with your request. In any case, you request will be processed within 30 days.
  8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

    We may modify this privacy policy. In the event of a minor modification, the changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this document. If the change is more substantial, you will be notified before it takes effect. Your continued use of our site and services after the effective date will mean that you have accepted the new privacy policy.
