Point your domain name to your hosting

Here are all the information you need to correctly point the DNS of your domain. There is 4 situation :

  • You have ordered a hosting and a domain name

Everything is automatically configured. You just need to wait for the DNS propagation (24h maximum).

  • You have ordered a hosting only

You need to point the DNS of your domain name on our servers. Go to the client area of your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Gandi...) and point the DNS our servers : dns1.e-c.com and dns2.e-c.com

  • You have ordered a domain name only

You can manage all the aspects of your domain (DNS, owner, transfer...) from your client area. Just go to the My Domains tab.

  • You want to add an extra domain to an existing Obambu hosting account

With all our hosting plans, you can add and unlimited number of domain names, each showing a different website. You only need to point the DNS of that domain on our servers (done automatically if ordered with us, otherwise see point 2) then go to your cPanel > addon domain.
