Change or recover your password (Client area or cPanel/FTP)  Print this Article

If you have forgotten your password to the Obambu client area, you can have it sent again to the registered email account on you account by going to this page :

https://my.obambu.com/pwreset.php (also available on all login pages by going to Reset a password reset).

cPanel / FTP

You can change the cPanel password (and the main FTP account) from you client area :
  1. Go to My Services and click Details on the account for which you wish to change the password
  2. Click on Change CPanel Password
  3. Enter and confirm the new password, and click Update. Note that only secure passwords are accepted.
