So you can host a resource-intensive, high-traffic website on Cloud SSD plans without risking a slow or unavailable website.
Yes, a .fr.fo domain name is included in all our hosting plans (e.g. studiophoto.fr.fo, gofootball.fr.fo, bestmovies.fr.fo...) You will be able to choose this domain during the web hosting ordering process. If you want a .com, .net or any other domain TLD that we offer, you can also add it as a extra during the web hosting ordering process.
Yes, you can use your own domain name, by choosing the last option when ordering your hosting: "I already have a domain name". You will therefore only order the hosting plan, and will be able to set your domain on your hosting by changing its nameservers. You can also transfer your domain to Obambu when ordering your hosting plan.
Yes, on the Multisite and Multisite Plus+ plans, you can host an unlimited number of domain names, each displaying a different website. On the Solo and Solo Plus+ plans you can host only one domain name. However, you can add an unlimited number of parked domains (which display the same website as the main hosted domain) on all our plans.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time, instantly and automatically, from your Obambu customer area. You will be billed on a pro rata temporis basis, i.e. you will only have to pay the price difference with the new plan for the remaining period until the renewal.
Yes! With Obambu no unpleasant surprises after the first year. At the time of renewal the price of your service will remain the same as when you initially ordered it.
In the event you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order, without any conditions.
