While sending or responding to emails from your Iphone, you might notice that there´s an automatic message that says “sent from my IPhone”.
Chances are if you´re reading this article, you find this message very annoying and unprofessional. Especially if you write an important message from your mobile device.
But don´t worry, there is a way to remove the dreaded “sent from my IPhone” signature. Here´s how to do it:
- Go to the settings app on your Iphone
- Open mail
- At the bottom, press signature
- Delete the “sent from my iPhone text”
- Go back to the settings menu

4_ Delete the sent from IPhone text
Delete the “sent from my iphone” text so no type of signature appears on the emails you send. You can also re-write the signature adding your number, name or other contact info of your choice.
5_ Go back to the settings menu
After re-writing or deleting the text, just go back to settings to save the changes made.
You can do the same procedure if you´re writing an email from your iPad.
